It has been reported that Chelsea failed with a massive bid for Southampton fullback Luke Shaw in January.
The Daily Star reported that the Blues bid £20m for Southampton left-back Shaw last month and look sure to go back in for the 20-year-old Chelsea fan in the summer.
The England prospect is also a top target for Manchester United boss David Moyes.
