Chelsea’s 19-Man Squad For The 2010/2011 Season

Chelsea manager Carlo Ancelotti has named his 19 -man squad for the 2010/2011 season after all Premier League clubs were required to name their 25-man squads for the current campaign.

Clubs must now name a line-up of players who are OVER 21 and at least eight of them have to be homegrown.

A homegrown player is one who has been registered with an English or Welsh club for three years before they are 21.

Chelsea have only named four home grown players in the form of John Terry, Frank Lampard, Ashley Cole and Ross Turnbull.
