Reports are out claiming that Arsenal legend Dennis Bergkamp says he’s not interested in a manager’s position.
The Dutchman is currently an assistant coach with Ajax.
“The best thing for me is to be out on the field with the players (training). It’s my thing, to really teach them the details of football: how to control a ball, shoot, fit and find fellow players,” Bergkamp told the Arsenal Weekly podcast.
“Therefore, it is not my ambition to become head coach.
“I’m just going with my opinion and tell you how I feel, but ultimately it takes a decision to be the head coach. My role is out there on the field, primarily with the juniors.”
