Henry won’t rule out playing in the MLS after FC Barcelona

Sensational football news are out and it has been reported that Thierry Henry could follow in David Beckham’s footsteps by quitting La Liga for Major League Soccer.

It is a wide known fact that David Beckham joined LA Galaxy two years ago after a spell with Real Madrid and Barcelona and French International striker Henry is keen to help the England midfielder establish the game in America.

The 31-year-old, who will leave the Nou Camp in 2011, admits a move to the New York Red Bulls would appeal to him.

Henry said to local reporters that it is possible that he could play in New York in 2011 and admitted that it is an option that could be likely.

The former Arsenal striker also added that he wants to stay with Barcelona for two more seasons and only after that he will leave for the MLS.
