English Premier League transfer news are out and it has been reported that Joe Hart has finally completed his move to Birmingham on loan.
It is well known that the Manchester City keeper is now second choice and is behind Shay Given in the pecking order at Eastlands.
And is reported that he will spend the season at St Andrews in order to gain more first team experience.
City boss Mark Hughes said to local newspapers that he believes that Joe is a really good young keeper. He also added that his talent was obvious to City’s keeper coach Kevin Hitchcock and himself from the outset.
Hughes also added that Hart’s contribution to the team prior to Shay Given’s arrival was fantastic by loaning him to Birmingham, he will add invaluable experience to that already gained here at City.
The manager also said that he knows Hart will relish the prospect of regular Premier League action, which is vital at this stage in his career.
City yesterday snapped up Stuart Taylor from Aston Villa, providing the cover they needed to let Hart go.
