Reports are out claiming that Manchester United’s Louis van Gaal is thoroughly enjoying his time as a Premier League manager.
The Dutch tactician experienced a difficult beginning to life in England’s top flight after leaving his post as Holland national team boss after the World Cup.
However, things are beginning to turn at Old Trafford with three wins in a row and van Gaal is loving the challenge that comes with the competitive nature of the famous league.
“When you see Liverpool struggling against Stoke City, scoring in the 85th minute, that shows (how tough it is),” said van Gaal ahead of Tuesday night’s meeting with Stoke.
“You see Arsenal struggling against West Bromwich Albion, they could also have lost. Every game is difficult. That is why the Premier League is exciting, because you never know.
“There is an atmosphere in the stadiums that is fantastic and the fans are always supporting their club, until the end.
“That is why I want to work in the Premier League, because of the atmosphere.”
