Interesting transfer news are out claiming that Newcastle United are taking a close look at Olympiakos striker Konstantinos Mitroglou.
According to the Evening Chronicle, sources in Athens have indicated the Magpies have run the rule over the 25-year-old Olympiakos striker, along with Liverpool and Arsenal.
Olympiakos are braced for bids of around £7.5m for their front man.
