More transfer news are out and it has been reported that representatives from Spanish club Valencia insist that there are no offers from Manchester United for striker David Villa.
It has been widely reported that Villa has been the subject of intense transfer speculation with Real Madrid, Barcelona, United and Chelsea all being linked with the Spanish hitman.
It was recently reported that FC Barcelona have made a 45million euros bid for the prolific forward while, according to the English press, United topped that at 46.8m.
A representative from the club told reporters that Valencia have received no offer for David Villa and the club does not understand why people are insisting this.
He also went on to say that Valencia wants these rumours to end and that the player as well as the club are looking to creating a competitive team for the coming season.
