It has been reported that Everton boss Roberto Martinez expects Ross Barkley to be back in action in November.
The 20 year old England international picked up a devastating knee ligament injury in pre-season, and many feared he wouldn’t be seen in action again this side of Christmas.
“Ross is still receiving treatment and is progressing well. He’s in week four, and half way through his recovery period now – he’s a couple of weeks ahead of where we expected him to be, and that’s good news,” Blues boss Martinez said.
