Reports are out claiming that Santi Cazorla has urged Arsenal to buy a new striker this summer.
The Gunners endured an injury-hit campaign last season with fitness problems for both main forwards Olivier Giroud and Danny Welbeck.
When asked if a new striker was necessary for Arsenal, Cazorla said: “Yes of course, because Danny had an injury.
“We had only Giroud up front. It’s better if we sign a new striker for the team and for the club.
“We want to be more regular. Last season we lost so many points against small teams at home – Hull City for example – and if we want to win the league we can’t lose those points.”
