After the signing of Aalesunds goalkeeper Anders Lindegaard, Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson has hinted that the club’s goalkeeper search is not over.
The Scottish tactician admitted that he may seek a more established name to replace Edwin van der Sar in the summer.
He said: “We haven’t finalised our thoughts on the goalkeeping situation.
“Edwin has massive experience and you can’t buy that, so it’s a difficult one because he has been a great goalkeeper and will be hard to replace.”
