Reports are out claiming that Tottenham have joined the battle for Borussia Dortmund midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
The Daily Star reported that Chelsea and Arsenal have both been keeping tabs on Mkhitaryan, but they now face competition from rivals Tottenham.
Mauricio Pochettino is keen to add to his attacking options in the transfer window as he looks to build a team capable of competing in the Champions League.
Mkhitaryan is under contract until 2017 and it doesn’t look like he plans to extend his stay in Germany.
Earlier today his agent Mino Raiola said: “Why would we sign a contract renewal now?
“Micki has a contract until June 2017 and we are looking at his options for the future.”
