It has been revealed that Manchester City have had an offer for Kevin de Bruyne accepted by VfL Wolfsburg.
BILD says Wolfsburg have accepted a €70m offer from City for the Belgian.
There is also a €10m-a-year long-term contract on the table for De Bruyne to consider.
De Bruyne has decided this week, according to local sources, that he wants to leave VfL this month, with City his preferred destination.
City wrapped up the signing of Valencia defender Nicolas Otamendi yesterday.
